            My customers don't see an online payment link though I've set everything up. What's wrong?

            This could be due to the reason that you may not have selected a payment gateway while setting up the invoice. Simply edit your invoice and see if you have selected a payment gateway for online payments. If you hadn't, select one and save the invoice. Email it again to your customer. Now your customer must be able to pay for the invoice online.
