Reception Bell - An Overview


            VisitorRego can be installed in unattended reception areas and visitors are able to notify a staff member or group when they require assistance or have a delivery.


            The reception bell button is shown on the ‘Welcome Screen’, and when pressed, it can send an email and/or SMS notification to a designated staff member or multiple staff members.



            Note: To place and resize the reception bell you would need a mouse connected.

            Setting up the reception bell is a three stage process.
