Messaging

Messaging

Messaging allows messages to be set up and shown to visitors onscreen when they register.

There are two types of messages that can be set up:

1
Broadcast Message  - All visitors are shown the message when the register.

2
Individual Message  - A specific visitor is shown a message specific to them and their response logged.

Note: This page refers to messages displayed to the visitor when registering. For information on email and SMS messages sent to notify the staff member of the visitor's arrival, please see the articles Setting up Email Notifications and Settings up SMS Notifications.
